Fonterra Visitor Experience Centre

Fonterra’s new head office is the home of the Dairy for Life story. A way to open up the world of co-operative to a broad range of visitors, creating an experience that is alive, constantly evolving and natural to discover.

The challenge was to create a living, breathing space that told the story behind the co-operative. Tracking the journey of Fonterra’s development from past, to present, to future. Exploring the true potential of Dairy…for Life.

The design story starts with the three colours of the Fonterra logo – colours that talk to the elements of land, water and sky. The hub is designed to work for everyone, allowing them to curate their own journey – they can browse, snack or delve deeper into content and play.
